Audrey Ball

It is with broken hearts that the family of Audrey Ball, of Tillsonburg, announce her passing at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Sunday October 8, 2023, in her 82nd year.
Audrey will be forever missed by her loving husband of 63 years Lee Ball, and her furry little sidekick Angel. Audrey played a big part with Lee in the operation of Lee’s Auto Body in Straffordville for many years.
Audrey and Lee raised three children Judy Winter (Pat Robinson), Jean (Brad) Hevenor, and Ron (Rosie) Ball whom she left with an everlasting footprint on their hearts. Audrey leaves endless memories with her grandchildren Stacey Broughton (Desi), Randy Winter (Melissa), Jason Kirby (Hollie), Jenny-Lee Kirby, Hailey Hevenor, Lee Ball, and Justin Ball (Kaitlyn).  Audrey got to share caramel corn, cookies, and canned peaches with her great grandchildren Kaylee and Cadin Broughton, Mackenzie and Megan Winter, Dylan, Kurtis, Steven and Owen Kirby, and Allie Ball.

Audrey will be dearly missed by her sisters-in-law Donna Holden, Betty Ball, Greta Triska, Pauline Brick, Alice (Allan) Seymore, and brother -in-law Bob (Mary Lou) Ball.  Audrey’s smiles will be missed by her dear friends Margaret Andries, Mark Rodgers, and Joyce Dam, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and her friends at Tillson Landing.
Waiting at Heaven’s Gates to welcome their loving daughter home is her Mother and Father, Alice and Robert Holden, along with siblings Maida, Bryan, Murray, Marvin, Bernard, Norman and Janet.  Audrey’s mother and father-in-law Claude and Sadie Ball, sisters and brothers in law Jake and Janet Sawatzky, Lloyd and Mabel Ball, Russel and Delores Ball, Harvey and Donna Ball, Bill Ball, and Bill Triska will also be waiting to welcome her with loving arms.

Audrey had a wonderful life; she was the foundation to her family.  In her spare time, she could be found in the kitchen baking delicious cookies, pies and cakes, or canning her famous peaches while oldies country music played in the background.
In keeping with Audrey’s wishes cremation has taken place.
