Barbara Willis

          Barbara Joan Willis (nee Harris) passed peacefully in her sleep on Monday June 23, 2025 at Caressant Care in Woodstock, Ontario.

          She will be lovingly remembered by her children Margaret (Jim), Randy (Kim), Rosemary (Dave), and Elaine, by her grandchildren Christopher (Katy), Phillip (Stephanie), Bethany (Jason), Lindsay (Kristian), Stephen (Ashley), Sarah (Ivan), Jacob (Katie), Scott (Serena), and Damien (Kayla), and her great grandchildren Grace (Alex), Bella (Nic), Laiah, Callen, Lucy, Rufus, Maxwell, Kensi, Andrew, Hope (Owen), Liam (Finn), Connor, Tommy, Gerrit, Iris, Linkin, Elliot, Zoe, Maisie, and Penelope.

          Barb’s care for and support of her family was unfailing and absolute.  Camping in nature was her happy place, one she shared with her children and grandchildren, though they possibly could have done without the Spam sandwiches!  In her later years she found purpose in instructing a seniors’ fitness class.

          The family would like to thank the Staff of Caressant Care Woodstock for caring for our mom as they would their own.

          A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
