Barry E. Collens

           Barry E. Collens peacefully passed away with his wife by his side on Friday June 5, 2026 at VON Sakura House in Woodstock, Ontario.

           Cherished husband for 51 years and best friend of Wanda Cullens.  Brother-in-law of Helen Skrzypek, and Jolynn and John Easton.  Uncle of Grant.  Barry was predeceased by his parents, and his brothers Randy, Darcy, and Steven.

          Barry was a good provider and wonderful husband.  He spent 25 years working as a Territory Manager with Briggs & Stratton and Power Source Canada.  His last five years he worked as National Manager at the Makita Corporation which took him all over Canada, and he loved that job right up to retirement.  Barry loved flowers and plants.  He talked to everyone he met.  He was exceptionally friendly to everyone and was quite the comedian.  Wanda’s sentiment is that “Barry will always be in my heart and I will love him forever”.
