Betty Anne Masters

          Betty Anne “Bea” Masters, age 59, passed away peacefully on December 9th, 2025, surrounded by the deep love of her family.

          Born to Mary Ellen and the late Don, Bea grew into a bright, joyful soul whose presence could light up any room.  No matter what she was facing, she carried a bubbly, uplifting spirit that made people feel seen, welcomed, and loved.  She had a gift for making others smile—simply by being herself.  Bea’s greatest passion in life was her family.  She was a devoted and loving mother to Shaina (Caitlyn) and Kira (Eric), and an endlessly proud grandmother to Owen, Emmett, and Felix, who brought her immeasurable joy.  She also cherished her friends, her beloved cat, and the quiet comforts of reading and watching her favorite movies.

          Deep in her heart, Bea held a strong and steady belief in God and in the presence of angels.  Those who loved her take comfort in knowing that she is now wrapped in that divine love—free from pain, surrounded by peace, and living her best pink-and-leopard-print life in Heaven.  Bea was loved by so many that it’s nearly impossible to count the lives she touched.  Her warmth, her laughter, and her unshakeable spirit will live on in every person who had the privilege of knowing her.  She will be profoundly missed and forever remembered.

          In lieu of flowers, donations in Bea’s memory can be made to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, your local Humane Society, or to the charity of your choice.  Bea was always giving, even when she had little to give, and honoring her spirit of generosity is a beautiful tribute.
