Clarence 'Harold' Rooke

Clarence ‘Harold’ Rooke passed away peacefully on Sunday May 15, 2022, in his 89th year, at Woodstock Hospital.

Predeceased by his loving wife Norma Jean Rooke (Hall) in 2019.
Adoring Stepfather to Lori Richards. Father-in-law of John Hunt. Cherished Poppy of Brian and Kendra, and Great Poppy to Sophie, Noah, Owen and Alaina
Dear Brother of Bob (Barb) Rooke and Linda Vernooy. Son-in-law of Grace Hall
Brother-in-law of Bob Hall, Carolyn Brown, Donna (John) Grabowski, Brenda (Jack) Mendes, Betty Hall, Jim Davis, Florence Rooke and Irene Rooke.
Harold was predeceased by his parents Clarence and Jennie Rooke, father-in-law Donald Hall, brothers Arthur Rooke and Charles Rooke, sisters Mabel King, Shirley Orr, and Marjorie Cook, brothers-in-law Peter Vernooy, Jim Orr, David King, and Carl Brown, and sister-in-law Joyce Davis.
Harold will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

A gentle soul who accepted every person into his family, young and old. His love of all animals big and small will always be admired.
A heartfelt “Thank You” to his Home Care Workers, and to the Nurses at Woodstock Hospital for the amazing care and companionship during his stay.

Cremation has taken place. Wareing Cremation Services, 225 Norwich Avenue, Woodstock, Ontario has been entrusted with Final Arrangements.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
