Donalene Ann Dawley (nee Lipsit)

October 6, 1941 - October 21, 2023

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donalene Ann Dawley, a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.  Donalene left this world on Saturday October 21, 2023 to join her beloved husband Gordon Robert Dawley, who preceded her in death.

Donalene lives on through her children Nelson (Daphne) Dawley, Julie (Bill Irwin) Dawley, Nathan (Lynn) Dawley, and Samantha (Mike) Nesbitt.  Predeceased by stepson Blaine Gee.  Her love and memory are cherished by her grandchildren Becky, Patrick, Josh, Edward, Forrest, Daniel, Thomas, Jonathan, Jayde, Brandy, Gordon, Nathan, Connor, Katelynn, and Mason.  Donalene’s spirit continues to shine through her great-grandchildren Darius, Elizabeth, Madison, Emily, Dominic, Travis, Liam, Lexi, Elijah, and Davan.

Donalene is survived by her siblings Frank (Leitha) Lipsit, Jane Lipsit, and Keva (Darcy) Cassidy.  She was preceded in death by her siblings Lou Lipsit, Shirley Lipsit, and Susan Prong.  She will forever hold a special place in the hearts of her numerous nieces and nephews, who were touched by her warmth and kindness.

In keeping with wishes, cremation will take place.  A celebration of life is planned for a later date, where family and friends will come together to honor and remember the beautiful life she lived.  Donalene's love, laughter, and wisdom will be deeply missed but will forever remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know her.
