Eleanor Mary Kent

It is with sadness that the family of Eleanor (Elly) Kent announce her passing on September 27, 2024.  Elly was the daughter of the late Hugh and Quita Allinson.  She leaves behind her sisters Heather Tebbutt and Judi (Marion) Kosch and her nephews Shaun and Michael (Claudia) and their son Sebastian.

Eleanor was born in Hamilton and grew up in Grassie Ontario.  She attended Highschool in Smithville and was a self-taught artist.  Elly lived in Toronto and North Bay before settling in Woodstock.  She will be missed by many caring friends and neighbours in the area. She was well known in the Woodstock area for her artwork, love of nature and of course, her jokes.
