Garry Joseph Fernand Plante

          It is with great sadness that the Plante family announces Garry F. Plante’s passing on Friday January 9, 2026.  Garry is survived by his loving wife, Annette Plante of 50 years, son Patrick Plante and daughter – in - law Karah Plante, beloved grandsons Logan Sopha and Preston Plante, and sister – in - law Bernice Knee of Newfoundland.

          Garry was a kind soul who loved going fishing with his boys, spending time with his friends and family, and singing gospel songs to all of the residents at Caressant Care Nursing Home.  Garry will be fondly missed by all who knew him, he will be especially missed by his boys.

          A special thank you to the wonderful Staff at Caressant Care Nursing Home of Woodstock, Ontario for providing Garry wonderful care and support.
