After a courageous battle with cancer, in the comfort of his own home in Burgessville, Ontario, surrounded by the love of his family, Harvey William Kramer passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 68 years.
Loving husband and best friend to Tracy Kramer.
Proud and loving father to Christine Kramer, Jr. Kramer (Jen Macaloney-Nicholls), Kate Stone (Bruce Waram), and step father of Zackery Cruickshank (Kelsey).
Predeceased by his Father Robert Roy Kramer, his Mother Ida Marie (Kelener) Kramer, and his daughter Kelly Kramer.
Brother to Bill Bradley, Howard Kramer, Joan Williams, Shirley Kramer, Peggy Hall, and Harold Kramer. Extended Family Nathen DeSouza (Tia Keller), Brittany DeSouza, Anna Regan, Gene and Cheryl Mitchell, Matt, Kathy and Adrien Lessard, Marrianne and Jerry Speers and a cherished Grandpa to all his Grandkids. Beloved Uncle, Cousin and a good friend to many.
Harvey was an old soul stuck in his old school ways and he was an “it is what it is” kind of guy. He was truly an inspiration going through his cancer treatments, there wasn’t a day that he complained or even showed sadness right up until his last breath. He was so strong through his battle and a true fighter.
Harvey was always on the move and would do anything to help someone in need. We could always count on him being there when we needed him. He hosted a lot of gatherings for family and friends and was the glue to getting everyone together. He had a lot of pride in his lawn and was very particular on doing it himself and always refused any help that was offered.
He will be truly missed by anyone who knew him. Through precious memories and lasting love, Harvey will remain in the hearts of those he loved.
Keeping Harvey’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Wareing Cremation Services, 225 Norwich Ave., Woodstock has been entrusted with Final Arrangements. Your messages of remembrance and condolence may be shared here at wareingcremation.ca
