Helen Jessie McMillan

           It is with deep and profound sadness that the family of Helen Jessie McMillan announces the passing of the baby of our family on Sunday April 26, 2026.

          Dearest and most beloved Mom to Amanda (Jake), and Keith; most loving Nana to Malcolm and Beau; cherished sister of Ken, Tom (Cheryl), Judy (Dave), Heather (John), George (Joan), Margaret (Jo-Ann); best friend and niece Lori.  Predeceased by her Mom Helen, her Dad John, brother Jim (and his partner Sharon), and brother – in - law Glen.

          Helen will be fondly remembered by her many, many friends and clients having worked at First Choice Haircutters as Manager for more than 40 years.  Never one to take the easy or conventional path, Helen did it her way, choosing quality of time over quantity.

          Your chair awaits you each and every Wednesday evening and Saturday afternoon with a cold glass of ‘fine’ wine on the table beside.

          A Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date, at the Woodstock Legion; those details will be provide here once decisions have been made.
