Ilse Renn

Peacefully with her family by her side, Ilse Renn (nee Waelz) of Tillsonburg, Ontario passed away on June 29, 2023 after a brief illness in her 82nd year.

Ilse is survived by her husband of almost 60 years, Robert Renn.

Loving Mother of Sandra Foster (Paul Barta), and Jim (Terry) Renn. Adored Grandma of Jessica Foster (Sheldon), Shannon Renn (Mike), Evan Renn (Josephine), Chelsea Barta, and Brad Barta. Special great Grandma of Landon Wolfe.

Ilse was sister to Gerlinde (Helmut) Friz, Arnold (Karin) Waelz, Lore (Frank) Wiese and Fred (Carol) Waelz. Sister-in-law to Dora Gimpel (Don deceased), Ruth Heine (Herb deceased), and predeceased by Clara and John Sprau. Loved by many nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Oxford County Animal Rescue, PO Box 406, Woodstock, Ontario N4S 1E2 would be greatly appreciated and may be made directly.
