Isaac Ray Nevill

           It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Issac Ray Nevill, at the age of 91, on Thursday February 26, 2026 at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital. 

          Ray leaves behind his beloved wife of 55 years, Donna, whom he shared a lifetime of love and memories.  He was a devoted father to his son Chad (Nicole), and his daughter Stephanie (Steve).  He was a proud and loving Papa to Kelsey (Matt), Brody (Jill), Courtney (Emily), Kristin (Austin), Emily and Evan.  He was a cherished Great Papa to Charlotte and Lena, who brought him tremendous joy.  He is survived by his sister Lillian (Fred), and was predeceased by his brothers Larry (Frances) and Robert (Georgina).

          For 25 years Ray proudly owned and operated Nevill’s Burner Services, building not only a successful business, but lasting relationships with the community.  He spent 45 years as a member of the Lions Club, becoming a lifetime member and valued the friendship and services that came with it.  Ray had a love for motorcycles and enjoyed the freedom of the open road.  After retirement, he and Donna spent many happy years camping, often surrounded by their grandchildren.  These camping trips created memories that will be treasured forever. 

          Ray will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his dedication to his family, and the quiet pride he took in watching his family grow.  His legacy lives on in the many lives he touched.  Ray will be deeply missed and forever loved.

          Donations in his honour made to the Tillsonburg Lions Club are appreciated.  A private graveside ceremony followed by a celebration of life will be planned for the Spring.
