James 'Jim' Coghill

In loving memory of our father, James Francis Coghill, who passed away in his 83rd year, on the 7th of August, 2022.
Jim was the devoted husband of Sharon Elizabeth (nee Spice), who preceded him in death, in 2015.

Jim was a loving father of Andrew (Lana) Coghill, Brian (Bev) Coghill, Jeffery (Lesa) Coghill, and Janet Lynn Coghill (Kevin Colquhoun). Dad was also a very proud grandfather and great-grandfather, many times over.

Our Dad was a kind and giving man who worked tirelessly to ensure that his family had everything they needed. He was a great teller of stories. He faced every challenge in life with admirable strength and courage.
Early in life, our dad learned the importance of hard work and he instilled that same work ethic in all of us. He was a man of faith and he taught us the importance of family, hard work, and doing what is right.

He was a true role model who we will always look up to. He will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the amazing Staff at Woodingford Lodge in Ingersoll – your professionalism and personal care of Dad is so greatly appreciated – Thank you!!!

The family invites friends and extended family to an informal celebration of Jim’s life to be held at Knox Presbyterian Church in Embro (111-119 St. Andrew St.), from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, on Saturday September 3, 2022.
