Janet Hornsby

In loving memory of our beautiful Mother Janet Louise Hornsby who passed away at Sakura House in Woodstock on April 20, 2024 (420).  

Janet went peacefully with her “sweet girls” Caroline (Davide) Campoli of Toronto, and Judy Brown of Kingston, her brother Glen Hornsby of Tillsonburg, and best friend Audrey of Tillsonburg at her side.  Sister of Robert (Joyce) Hornsby, and Brenda (John) Ribich.  Janet was predeceased by her parents James ‘Jim’ and Mary Bernice Hornsby, and her late brother and sister-in-law Ronald and Sharon Hornsby.  Her fur baby Ruggy, now known as Momma, will miss her.  

The cancer spread so quickly but we are grateful to have been able to say goodbye; we were robbed of many years but are so proud of what you accomplished for us and for leaving your girls with feelings of relief in knowing we are safe and sound.  You’re a rockstar Mom!  Love always. 

Cremation has taken place.  Memorial donations made to VON Sakura House, Woodstock, Ontario would be most appreciated.
