In Loving Memory of Jason Andrew Mayberry

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Jason Andrew Mayberry in his 53rd year, a devoted husband, father, son, family member, and friend whose presence brought warmth, laughter, and love to all who knew him.  Jason was also a longtime member of the Oxford County Naval Veterans Association and a proud member of the Colour Party, serving with dedication and pride.

Jason leaves behind his beloved wife and best friend, Kim Mayberry, with whom he shared 28 years of marriage filled with love, laughter, adventures, and unwavering devotion.  Together they built an invaluable life centered on family, friendship and countless cherished memories.  He was a proud and devoted father to Brittany (Dakota) and Andrew (Harmony), who were the center of his world and his greatest source of pride. Jason was a cherished and loved son of Andrea and Keith Mayberry, and a beloved son-in-law of Mary and Glen Couch.  He will be deeply missed by his extended family, including his aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and countless friends who became family over the years.  A special part of Jason’s life was shared with his loyal four-legged companions, Bailey and Maci, who brought him endless joy.  He was also the proud “grand-dog” parent to Marley, Maggie, Suki, and Lola, whose visits never failed to bring a smile to his face.

Jason had a deep love for the outdoors and found his greatest happiness on the water with a fishing rod in hand, around a campfire with family and friends, or enjoying the trailer season that he looked forward to every year.  Whether he was telling stories, sharing laughs, casting a line, or simply spending time with those he loved, Jason had a way of making every moment meaningful.  More than anything, Jason treasured time spent with family and good friends.  His kind heart, generous spirit, sense of humor, and unwavering loyalty will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.  Though our hearts are broken by his passing, we find comfort in the countless memories he leaves behind and the lasting impact he made on so many lives.

Forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.  We love you forever.

Family and friends are invited to join in celebrating Jason’s life on Sunday July 12, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Navy Club, 959 James Street, Woodstock, Ontario.  Together, we will share stories, laughter, and memories of a man who touched so many lives.  All who knew and loved Jason are welcome to attend and honor his memory.  Donations can be made via cash/ cheque at the celebration of life in honour of Jason.  The family will be taking all donations to the Diabetes foundation of Canada and LHSC University Hospital Cardiac Program.
