Kathleen Millson (Covey) 71, of Woodstock, Ontario, passed away peacefully with family and friends by her side, on May 25, 2023.

Predeceased by her loving parents Jules and Cynthia Covey (Crooker).  Mother of Tracy McGaw (Steve), and Michael Millson (Michelle). Proud Grandmother of Lucas and Joshua. Sister to Randy Covey (Sharon).  Aunt to Lisa (Rick), Jacob (Candi), Sarah (Sean). Loved by many friends, coworkers and family.

Kathy's life was one woven with threads of joy, warmth, and an unwavering zest for the world around her. She embraced nature's gifts, finding solace and fulfillment in the great outdoors.  Fishing was not merely a hobby for Kathy, it was her way of connecting with the serenity of the waters and the thrill of the chase.  She possessed a remarkable patience that translated beautifully to her favorite pastime.

Kathy's nimble fingers brought life to countless creations through her knitting and crafting.  With each stitch, she wove love and warmth into blankets, scarves, and other cherished items that adorned the lives of her loved ones.  Her artistic talents knew no bounds, and her creations will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Sports held a special place in Kathy's heart, and she particularly relished the exhilaration of watching her favorite baseball team, the Toronto Blue Jays, take to the field.  Whether it was cheering from the stands or enjoying the game from the comfort of her home, Kathy's enthusiasm for sports was infectious. She possessed an encyclopedic knowledge of the game and could engage in spirited discussions with fellow fans.

Above all, Kathy's greatest joy came from spending time with her family and friends.  She nurtured deep connections, and her radiant smile and open heart welcomed all into her embrace. Her compassion, kindness, and unwavering support will forever be remembered as her greatest legacy.

Kathy Millson leaves behind a treasure trove of memories, an indelible imprint on the lives she touched, and an enduring reminder of the beauty that can be found in the simplest of pleasures. While our hearts ache with her absence, we find solace in the knowledge that her love and spirit will live on within us.

May we find solace in the memories we shared, knowing that Kathy's spirit will forever watch over us, just as she watched her beloved Blue Jays take flight in the summer sky.

Rest in eternal peace, dear Kathy.  You will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

A celebration of Kathy's life will be held at a later date.
