It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Kenny McCutchen, age 68, of Woodstock Ontario. He left us peacefully in his sleep at the family home on Friday August 8, 2025.
He was a proud father to Angie (Jose) Bishop, Shelby Marshall, Bobby McCutchen, and Ryan McCutchen. Beloved brother to Bob (Janice) McCutchen, and Janet McCutchen, and brother-in-law of Lynda McCutchen. Predeceased by his parents Annie and John ‘Jack’ McCutchen, brother Terry McCutchen, and nephew Mike McCutchen. Cherished uncle to Dawn Osmond (Rob), Terra McCutchen, and Andrew (Prue) McCutchen. Beloved nephew of Janet (late Don) Ede, Verna (late Jim) McCutchen, late Don and Barb McLeod, and late Judie and Don Snarey. He will be remembered by Shelby's mom Brenda McCutchen. Notably also missed by his dear Buddy Cat.
Kenny spent his life surrounded by family and the simple joys he loved most….Hockey Night in Canada, talking with friends, cars, fishing, and card games. He was known for his quick wit, kind spirit, and a genuine warmth that made people feel at home around him. He loved all people, animals and the outdoors. He was a Dad who gave a good hug and a real heartfelt "I love you" along with a kiss on top of the head.
A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday September 6th, 2025, from 1 to 4 p.m., at the Woodstock Navy Club, 959 James Street, Woodstock, Ontario. If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
Kenny will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
