Leonard 'Lenny' Padyk

Leonard Padyk passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Sunday June 6, 2021, in his 83^rd year. 

Len grew tobacco for 30 years in the Waterford area and then worked in the financial service industry for 23 years before retiring in 2010.

He is survived by his beloved friend and companion Helen Manary.  Len leaves behind two sons, Michael and Shay, Robin and Kathleen, and his two daughters Lisa and Perry Godschalx, and Tanya Padyk.  He will be missed dearly by his nine grandchildren, Brittany, Dylan, Zander, Adalyn, Kayleigh, Owen, Keagan, Tristan, and Darian.  Predeceased by his parents John and Zeina, and brother John.

 Len enjoyed life to the fullest.  He was an avid fisherman with great fish stories, he loved boating, and he enjoyed many discussions in politics.  Len had many stories about his childhood, family, farming, and travel and he just had that perfect way of telling to give everyone a full belly laugh.

Cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Life will be planned for a date and time when we can all gather without restrictions.  Memorial donations to the charity of your choice are appreciated and may be made directly, or by cheque to your charity through Wareing Cremation Services, 346 Simcoe Street, Tillsonburg, Ontario N4G 2J8 (519-409-5575) who have been entrusted with final arrangements.  Your messages of remembrance and condolence may be shared at wareingcremation.ca
