Lois Baker passed away peacefully on Tuesday January 9, 2024, in her 85th year, at the Delhi Long Term Care Centre.
Predeceased by her husband Ronald Baker.
Loving Mother of the late Betsy Antoszek and her husband Jay, Kelly McCabe and her husband Geoff, Gina Malcolm and her husband Dave, Terry Baker and his wife Jennifer, and Steven Baker and his wife Jennifer. Nannie of six grandchildren and several great and great great grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by the Bonner and Baker Families.
Words seem to fail us when we reflect on our mother’s life.
Always a social butterfly, her busy life included working on the family tobacco farm, enjoying being on a bowling team, her employment with Dr. Clapp’s optometrist office, and she sold Tupperware and Avon. We were fortunate to be her daughters and sons and it was an honor to call her “my Mom”.
We feel like it would take a lifetime to write all of the beautiful memories we all shared with her. We were fortunate to be her daughters and sons and it was an honor to call her “my Mom”.
A huge thank you to the Delhi Long Term Care Staff for your kindness and dedication in caring for our Mother.
In keeping with Lois’ wishes cremation has taken place.
