Margaret Biskup

Margaret Biskup (nee Wilson), who also went by Maggie, Margie, or Meg, passed away quietly on November 19, 2021 in her 91st year with both of her children Steve and Carol by her side and under the care of the compassionate Staff at Sakura House Hospice Residence in Woodstock, Ontario.
Beloved wife of the late Joseph Biskup (1993).
Granny to Sarah and Mary.

Born in Glasgow in 1930, she was raised by her grandmother and aunts when her Mom died shortly after her birth. After their marriage in England in 1950, Joseph and Margaret emigrated to Canada on the Queen Elizabeth II.
Margaret was a dedicated homemaker and housewife who worked at Eaton’s in the Yorkdale Mall, and then at the head office of Go Transit.
A very caring, loving and supportive Mom, she will be remembered as a fiercely independent woman, with a love of sewing and secondhand stores. Her passion for gardening and indoor plants was admired by all.
While missing her with heavy hearts we will always treasure our loving memories.

Cremation has taken place.
