Patrice MacGinnis

       It is with heavy hearts and much love that we announce the sudden passing of our wonderful mother, wife, sister, aunt, and friend, Patrice Macginnis of Woodstock, Ontario, on Sunday December 15th, 2024, at the age of sixty.

      She will be dearly remembered and missed by her husband, Brian, her children Alex, Rachel (Alex), and Jacob, her mother Shirley, and her siblings Jim (Wendy), and Kim (Larry).

      Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Patrice moved to London, Ontario, where she had three loving children.  Patrice was a jack of all trades who took many different career paths and excelled at each of them.  During this time, she met her husband of fifteen years and moved to Woodstock.  Patrice was a fun and loving woman who believed anything could be fixed with a delicious meal and good conversation.  Her home was always open to friends, family, and strangers alike.  She was a mother to many and a friend to all, giving her support and love whenever she could, no matter how many times it was needed.  The only thing that could equal her warm heart was her sense of humor.  Patrice loved to laugh as much as she made others laugh.  Her laughter always filled the room.  Luckily, her sense of humor has been passed down to her three children.
