With heavy hearts we share that Patricia Ann DeClark-Rose passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday March 17, 2023 at Woodstock Hospital.
Loving wife and best friend of Gord Rose.
Amazing Mother of Chris (Jennifer) DeClark, Derek (Kristen) Rose, and Brendan DeClark (Madison). Grandma Pat to Elle and Lilah DeClark, and Emerson Rose.
Dear sister of Cathy (Randy) Vandekerckhove, and Jerry (Lorna) DeClark. Remembered by her Aunt Mary Ann Seys, her nieces and nephews, and by her close friends.
A private Family Mass will be held.
