Ron Clark

July 26, 1958 — February 7, 2026

Ingersoll, Ontario

It is with deep heartbreak that we announce the passing of Ron Clark, who left us far too soon in a snowmobile accident while doing what he loved most - riding the trails with the same passion and freedom that defined his life.

Born to John and the late Doreen Clark, Ron grew into a simple man who lived wide open, with a motor under him and a smile on his face.  Whether it was snowmobiles, motorcycles, cars, or anything that roared to life with the turn of a key, he found joy in every machine and every mile.  He was the proud father of three children—Michelle (Mike), Shane (Amanda), and Shannon (Randy) - who were the center of his world.  His heart grew even bigger with the arrival of his grandchildren: Myah, Max, Colton, Payton, and Piper.  He could always be found in the corner of the rink cheering on his grandson or standing at the horseshow watching his granddaughter ride.  Being a Grandpa wasn’t just something he loved - it was who he was.  He spent the last few years working for D & J Paton Bros. Trucking, where he truly enjoyed the people around him and the family-like environment that made every day meaningful.

Ron is survived by his loving father John Clark, sister Cindy and her husband Gary, Melissa, Jeremy (Kaci and family), his brother Terry, and a wide circle of buddies who were like family.  He cherished his friends deeply and looked forward every year to that legendary snowmobile trip - a tradition built on laughter, stories, and the kind of camaraderie that lasts a lifetime.  Ron lived with a full heart, a loyal spirit, and a love for adventure that never dimmed.  His absence leaves an ache that words can’t fill, but his memory will continue to ride with all who knew him.  May he rest in peace, forever doing what he loved.

A Celebration of life will be planned for a later date.  Wareing Cremation Services, 225 Norwich Ave., Woodstock, Ontario has been entrusted with Final Arrangements.  Your messages of remembrance and condolence may be shared here at wareingcremation.ca
