William S. Lewis

          It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Bill Lewis at the age of 88.

          Beloved husband of Rita Lewis.  Loving father of Bill (Vivian) Lewis, Barbie (Pio Spina), and Billy Ross.  Proud grandfather of Fred, Billy (Timothy), Anna (Dan), Jack, and Rozelle.  Cherished great-grandfather of Dominic, Vanessa, and Emily.  He is survived by his sister, Ruthanne Lewis.  Bill was predeceased by his parents and his brothers.

          Bill will be remembered for his quick wit, sense of humour, and ability to make those around him smile.  He enjoyed a life filled with friendship, laughter, and good times shared with family and friends.  An active member of the Moose Lodge and the Legion, Bill was always happiest when he was on the water fishing or surrounded by friends.  Fishing was one of his greatest passions, and some of his most treasured moments were spent on the water with his son Bill, enjoying the peace and simplicity it brought.

          His stories, laughter, and presence will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his family, friends, neighbours, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

          The family would like to thank everyone for their love, support, and kindness during this difficult time.
